Structural studies are done with cutting-edge industry software. Our light gauge steel is roll-formed by precise, high-tech machinery, and every piece is examined by hand before dispatch.
Galvanized steel coils S550GD Z 275 g/m2 and S550GD Magnelis ZM3100, thickness 1.00–1.2 mm, certified and hand-picked for their structural properties.
Every connection is secured with certified self-drilling, self-tapping screws, plus a full range of galvanized connector plates, brackets and angles, engineered for load distribution and long-term structural integrity. No shortcuts at the points that matter.
Frames arrive fully prefabricated, with no cutting, trimming or drilling on site. Quick assembly keeps structural strength high and the budget low.
