After decades in construction, we started to roll-form our own light-gauge steel. Quality, speed and cost stop depending on suppliers and start depending on us.
Our Process
Send architectural plans, or draw the structure with us. Structural study and full 3D model in industry software; every part resolved before production starts.
S550GD parts roll-formed to 1.00-1.20 mm profiles on automated lines, then inspected by hand. Bundles leave the plant labelled per assembly sequence.
Frames are transported to site and erected by our crews with certified self-drilling screws and galvanised connector plates, brackets and angles.
The standing structure is inspected, documented and handed to your construction partner. Finishing trades start on a frame that is already square

Seamless aluminium Gutters
American-style seamless gutters, measured, cut and fitted on site. One system: gutters, fascia, soffit and downpipes, in brown or white aluminium. Specify alongside your frame package, or order standalone.
